My service offers advising, we will collaborate, design, execute and manage these incredible authentic life changing trips around the globe. Our clients appreicate the high touch concierge level of service. This type of service isn’t for everyone, so before we gets started planning a trip for you, we’d like to learn more about you, your goals and needs. Simply take our survey to get better acquainted, then we can set up a time to discuss all the details. We have an incredible portfolio of suppliers, and we want to be sure you are a fit. We have a limited number of clients in our portfolio. Subscription applies to clients who seek custom tailored services. The Annual subscription fees start at $5000.00.

Expeditionist Group Departures

Many suppliers I work with also offer departures that are escorted/hosted around the globe. These departures do not require the same amount of work that we would have for a custom-tailored itinerary. We will work very close with you to help choose the perfect itinerary with the travel provider in our portfolio, matching you to your style of journey. This includes expedition cruises, escorted luxury tours, luxury jet tours, safaris and more.

Consultation / planning fee is from $250 per hour and includes: Trip reservations and management, assisting with private, first and business class flights (additional ticketing fees apply), transfers, guest registrations, passports, ever changing covid-19 requirements, inoculations, travel insurance, visas, be sure you have an organized online itinerary and more.

We will talk first, allowing us to accurately understand your needs and advise on the amount of time needed to get your trip finished. We will send you our agency agreement before we get started, if you agree, sign and return, then we will start the consulting process, find the right trip, book and plan all the details seamlessly for you.

We will need to create a profile for you, allowing us to collect your personal information like; Passport(s) Global Entry, Loyalty information, preferences etc. We do not book partial or incomplete trips, we book 100% of the trip from start to finish. If you are using airline miles, those are booked independently however we book all other services (Cruise, Tour, Insurance, Pre-Post Hotels, Transfers).
